Then I started perusing PCH Cables' site, and found a few more unique products I wanted. I placed the order, and in the comments, asked if shipping could be combined on the two orders.

I got a positive response in less than an hour.

I called them because I could not put my order in and I was politely made aware that sometimes Firefox has a problem with their website. I switched to a different browser and I placed the order. Within a HALF hour the order was shipped! I received an apology e-mail "for the inconvenience" from the owner. I received my package within a couple of days using "US Priority Mail 2-3 Days", and the shipping was $6.05 instead of the $9.00 quoted on the website.
I've ordered from them before and always got exactly what I ordered, and its always been a pleasant experience.

The only reason i was on their site to begin with (off of Google) was due to their very low price. So i ordered from them and i was amazed how quickly it came. "I bought cables including 2 PCI Express video power adapter cables. Both the cable price and the shipping cost were very low.

Unfortunately, the quality of the cables was also very low. Neither fit any pci-e vid card I tried them on. All the cables I bought elsewhere fit just fine.

They were very pleasant, courteous and prompt in refunding the purchase cost. Still 2 out of 2 of those cables were out of spec. I'm sure they can resolve the problem but I'd be inclined to avoid the risk, myself."
