"1. I received CPU on time but box had been opened and retaped.
2. Batch # from Intel had be scribbled out
3. Called to get RMA number, that went fine, they sent me an email saying it was instock for replacement so I sent in my CPU. Then I called to verify that it was instock, and found out it wasnt.
4. No profit on shipping is not acurate, since it cost me only 15.75 to overnight it from KC to Houston, and look at what they want to overnight it from Houston to here (over $25 :) They are less than other places but they are making something off of shipping. I would look somewhere else first. And when you find a company that looks good on this site, be sure to read the negatives, since someone else had a simialar problem with this company."
