The next day I contacted customer service and they ordered a replacement from the manufacturer and told me to just dispose of the first unit. They didn't want it returned which was great with me because I didn't have to hassle with any return shipping. The replacement unit arrived a week later. I'm very satisfied with Ozbo's customer service. The only thing I wish they would improve is their communication. After placing my order I received a confirmation of the sale but never received any emails regarding shipment status of the original or the replacement unit. They both just showed up at my door. Don't order from them if you need anything before 3 months. "
