"I was unable to complete my transaction when using paypal. Your website said I failed to add a postal code for the recipient, while that field was perfectly filled in. I tried this a few times including once with your support representative and all failed. Only when I switched to credit card did the transaction complete. Please check your website using paypal and see if you can reproduce the issue.

"I went to Oxfam because I wanted a needy family a goat, but it turns out that there is no promise I actually bought a got, just the theoretical concept of one and my money could be used for anything.
That is unacceptable to me, in the same sense I don't just give people money for holidays I gave them my money for the specific gift of a goat. If its not certain I'm buying a goat they shouldn't tell me I'm buying a goat and leave me to only know I'm not if I poke around their sight.
I feel cheated and betrayed."

"I really wanted to donate to charity in lieu of gifts this Christmas and Oxfam made it easy. I like the option to print out your own card so I don't have to give out people's e-mails for an e-card. The graphics look really nice and the text is well written. Even though the donations don't go to a specific purpose, I like that you can pick different things to "buy". I was able to keep specific people in mind and it still felt like I could be thoughtful about who they are. It also makes a difference to me that Oxfam has a decent charity rating so I feel confident that my donation will be managed well. A win-win! "

"A wonderful organization. I did have a small problem though in that I had to fill out the order form twice. I filled it out and then I clicked on "Preview your card". But then there was no way to get back to the order form except using the back button, which I did, but the order form was empty. You shouldn't offer the Preview your card link until the data is safely stored and can be retrieved.
After I filled out the form the second time, everything worked well. Thanks.

"I don't know whether the gift email was sent to my sister as I received an email that made it look like I was the recipient of the gift. I forwarded it on to her to be sure she got it for her birthday - but haven't heard yet whether she also got an email from you.
I bought $60 of trees for her and added $40 to that - so it was $100 total.
