"We have been used Centralpoint since 2010, and love everything it does for our members. Prior to Centralpoint we had invested in both Sharepoint and then sitecore, and both fell short. Needless to say, much time and money have been spent finding the right solution.

They built a high fidelity prototype for us, PRIOR to us committing, which we required given our past experience. We were glad they were willing to do this, at their expense, which basically eliminated our risk in deciding on another vendor.

In 2014, and again in 15, and 16, the vendor who makes Centralpoint, oxcyon, was written up by Gartner, as a leading user experience platform. We were not sure what it meant, until we deployed different audiences for our various member roles. Basically the UXP connotation means that we can serve each of our constituency uniquely....so that upon log in they are each returned to their own branded site (by member level), and all information filters to each member appropriately."
