"Ordered a refurbish phone and had it delivered within 3 weeks. (Came from Hong Kong) Just prior to receiving it, I emailed them to chase it up as the tracker system they used listed it as 'no such package'. A few days after it arrived I sent another email asking for a replacement and there was a lot wrong with the item. After 4 emails and 3 weeks later, they replied to my first email, but that was it. Haven't heard from them since. Avoid at all costs."

"I purchased two reverse cameras and a personal media player from Ownta. My last order was the media player. Customer service was excellent via the online chat. English is not their first language but communication is clear. Information was provided quickly including a diagram of installation instructions and all my questions were answered quickly. Shipping was very fast and the products were well packaged. Products arrived in 5-6 days. The Media Player and one of the reverse cameras worked great. But the other reverse camera did not - It was dead on arrival. I informed Ownta via e-mail of the problem and they quickly indicated that they would send me another one but I would have to pay shipping. Shipping costs was minimal and paid without hesitation. Replacement camera received and works great. I strongly recommend Ownta and will place further orders with the company.
