Didn't get what I ordered

"I ordered 2-18 oz. containers, package of 2, took 14 days to get here, from Utah to Montana, and it wasn't what i ordered. I received 2-2.2 oz., for $10 something, I could have bought the anywhere cheaper. I was told i would get a prepaid return label, by Maddie, and She said She would send one, trouble is, I had to print it, and I don't have a printer. I asked if one could be sent by mail, @ .50, Maddie said it was against Company Policy, So Overstock is $ ahead, at My expense,,will I ever shop there again, Hell No. Buyer Beware!"

Dont trust them - crooks

"They overcharged me by 33% more what other retailers would charge for an item. when I returned them, it cost another $$. They didnt respond to me after 3 weeks. I notified amazon about it. They return only 66% of what I paid.

When I notified amazon about overstockdrugstore 66% refund by saying that I only return 50% of the stock back . they said that over stockdrugstore paid for shipping costs. I packaged them securely and I also paid for all the shippiing costs . they lie to keep my money.
they are thieves. Dont waste your time. save yourself from aggravations

"Horrid Customer Service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered from them and a significiant amount of the items I ordered were missing...like 6 items. I got an adjusted receipt but I was never credited back the difference of the original amount I paid. I emailed them via 3 different methods to tell them I didn't get the items. I get an email back asking what items I was missing and that they would make it right. It's been 13 days since that email and I haven't heard a thing back. The hassle is not worth the discount you pay. I order regularly from drugstore.com and get excellent customer service. Not like here. OMG. You get what you pay for."

"Recently, they made a mistake with my order, and I went to their homepage to call the 1-800 number. I was greeted by who I believe was the Vice President, who handled the matter very professionally and friendly. I was offered a quick re-shipment without any fuss whatsoever. Would highly recommend this retailer!!"

"I loved the service at Overstock Drugstore. I went on a shopping spree and bought several products. It was a large order and the customer service rep called me to make sure I had placed the large order because I was shipping it to an address different than my home address. From the time I ordered and the time I got the package was 3 days. Thank you Overstock Drugstore for keeping your prices low. I will use you again and recommend you to all my friends."

"Basically as represented. Prices are ok, with some bargains. From "Overstock" one should gather that the inventory is not the very freshest. And in particular, note their warning about items with great prices marked as "Clearance"."

"They said they had a product available for purchase. I ordered the item. And then, they say this product is no longer available, but decide to charge my card anyways. And then I get an email saying I will be credited, but the credit will take 7 days to process it.

So I have no product, and have yet to receive the refund. 5 business days later.

This is bad business practice.

1. Don't say you have a product available if it's really not available. Sure, you changed the status now to "temporarily sold out", but it would have been nice if it was marked that way when I placed the order.

2. Don't take 3 business days to figure out that you don't have the product. Either you have it for sale or you don't.

3. Don't charge a card prior to the shipping of the product to the customer. Do any reputable merchants do this? Of course not!

Not recommended!

"The Customer service at this company is the best I have experienced in a long long time. There was a mix up in the warehouse and I was shipped the wrong product, product was no longer being manufactured and hard to find. Went through normal channels and got a second order with the wrong product. At this stage most companies would give up and figure they had lost the customer. This company went the extra mile and made sure the order was corrected even though the profit was most likely lost to shipping at this point. They contacted me daily and even called to be sure everything was in order. I know it does not sound great that there were two mix ups but the handling by the representative was superb in this day of no customer service. Things happen in the warehouse, but most companies today would not treat the customer with the care this company did."
