"I don't know if this company is malicious and conniving or just unorganized and clueless. I contacted them through their web site for a return after realizing I ordered the wrong parts. After several days with no response, I called and left a message on voicemail. You cannot get in contact with a human, the phones go right to voicemail. Finally, after I disputed the charge through my credit card company, and over two weeks after my initial request, I received the information to return the product.
I shipped the product back that day and...nothing. After another 6 weeks, I get another email from the company...asking me to return the product. I returned it over a month ago!
In the mean time, my credit card company had credited my account for the purchase price minus the restocking fee. The day before the merchant's time limit to resubmit the charge, my credit card company calls me and tells me that Overstockdeals is trying to rebill my credit card for the full purchase price. So they have my returned items, wait until the last minute, and try to bill me again for the stuff I returned.
I gave all my information to the credit card company regarding the return, the tracking number, my RGA number, and told them that I have pictures of the product to verify its condition. They said no worry, I won't get re-charged for the item and that the case is closed. Whew!
So in summary, if you have any problems with this company, document everything. And dispute your charge before the time limit passes and let the credit card company go to battle for you."

"Placed order 8/8/2009. Credit card charged same day. Received email on 8/18/2009 (full ten days later) stating product is out of stock and won't be available until 9/10/2009. Cannot cancel order through website as it is marked as "in production".
I am now having to scramble to get a replacement as I don't have time to wait for another retailer to ship this to me. Wasn't worried as their website said the item "usually" ships in 24 hours.

Quick search and more calls made it clear - the faucet is available in many places. Meanwhile the credit card was charged! Had to cancel the order Jul 10th - lost 2 weeks... Wouldn't recommend to deal with OverstockDeals.com "
