"First of all, I am just a very satisfied customer, and in no way related to this company. I think that some of the people reviewing this company are giving them a bad rap. This is a very good, established company to do business with. So what if your kits take longer than 2 weeks to get delivered. My order took longer than 2 weeks(three weeks), but their customer service was available, honest, and courteous each time I called to check on the order. These guys are probably swamped with orders because they are the BEST, so have patience. When you get your order, you will be very happy with the quality of these products and know that you have the best water-cooling kit available by far. I will definitely order from these guys again!!!!!! Thanks OCHO!!"

"My buddy ordered a Renegade case and asked my help with setting it up. I go over there and see why he is having a problem, the radiator they installed does not leave enough room for the power supply to fit!

We are currently contacting their "support staff" and we'll see how that goes. Outside that, I'd like to mention that "Mekboy" and "Outlaw", two of the only positive reviews, both WORK for overclockers hideout and have their information listed under the "contact us" page. Great business practices guys!

"It took them over three weeks to ship the product to me (a Renegade system). This, after the web site saying 2 or 3 days and then a follow-up email saying 5 to 10 days. OK I finally get the stuff in and get the stuff put together with not to much difficulty. However, after 5 days of running the system the reservoir starts emitting this load obnoxious whining noise. I wrote tech support to ask them if they had any ideas about what I could do, and if not I wanted to return the reservoir for a refund or store credit as I would have to replace it to keep the system online.
I received an automated response saying they would try and get back with me within 48 hours. 58 hours later (and still no reply) I wrote them another email (this time to every email for them I could find) asking them to help me with my problem or I would be forced to take matters into my own hands.
Oh well they decided I was insignificant I guess because 24 hours later I still have not heard from anyone at Overclockers Hideout. It is a shame too because they have a real nice product (when it works). Their water blocks are great, and the lian-Li case is fantastic. Their service SUX!!.

Do NOT buy their reservoir. It has lots of bugs in it (literally, I can hear them).
Do NOT buy systems or kits that they have to put together unless you don’t mind waiting an unspecified amount of time.
DO buy their water blocks. Very nice!
Don’t expect any kind of service or support. If you are one of the lucky few who get support, well, good on ya!.
