"Seems like a pretty good place. I've never had any problems at all. Their prices are competitive. They have a gimmick in that you acquire dollars in the form of credit toward future purchases. I just bought some thermal paste and some adhesive for about $13.50. I had $6.50 in credit from a purchase 1 1/2 years ago. Got away for $7 at checkout. Works for me!"

"Excellent! I generally only purchase items from Newegg, but some items you just can't get from them. I'm basically risk adverse (scared) to ordering anything hightech online but I had to have a Asetek VapoChill LS & Newegg does not carry it. After reviewing many other sites & looking at their reviews, I decided on OverCool even though they did not have many reviews at all (they were batting only 50% at that time). Taking a chance (actually I kept my expectation pretty low, but as it turned out everything worked out great), I placed my order on April 6th and it was delivered on April 10th. The product was well packed (althought Asetek has their own issues here...)and was not an open box item. Nice. And it doesn't appear to be an old version. All my worries were gone. I haven't built the unit into my computer yet but until this point, OverCool came thru with flying colors. I would definitely order from them again. We need another Newegg out there that handles exotic computer items. So keep up the good work Overcool. Honesty and customer service is the road to success. PS. They also gave me 10% discount on a already good price. Nice."

"These guys are horrible....I ordered Thermal compound with USPS Priorty mail. It has been more than 3 days i still didnt receive the product. It took 5 days to receive the product with USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL....I paid for the Priorty and they sent me with First class..They offer me refund because product didnt make it on time. I accepted it, they supposed to refund it to my card on friday which they didnt, after couple messages finnally they refund it on Monday. It took 5 days to get my money back.. Stay away.."

"So far so good. I just recieved my Ultra Titanium power supply today, right on time. This was the first time i used Overcool and shipping was a fine experience which was through USPS, the tried and true (oldie but a goodie) UPS and FedEx have had their trouble shipping from NewEgg, Tiger. Overcool has had definitely the lowest prices out there. Shipping notified me of the shipment the next day, that it was on it's way and bang!! it was here as scheduled. I have yet to fire up my purchase in my system but so far, Overcool will get my buisness again for sure.

"Was looking for an Akasa Eclipse 62 case. Only place in the U.S. to carry it (normally carried in the U.K.)was Overcool.com. Price seemed reasonable considering it's a difficult to find item. Item was SHIPPED 30 minutes after ordering and I received a tracking number as well. IMPRESSIVE on the shipping!! I received the case in a timely manner and it was well packaged BUT after removing the case from the original box, it appears the case has been used. There were small scratches on the bottom which had been covered by a black marker. There are several deep scratches on the motherboard tray. One 5 1/4" metal drive bezel had been removed along with one 3 1/2" drive bezel. The exterior of the case appeared unblemished. All the hardware appears to be there except it only had 7 motherboard stand-offs with it. Don't know if this was a mistake or if that's how it ships but going to have to buy more for my motherboard which requires 10 stand-offs for it. Only found one review for this e-tailer prior to this purchase and it seemed favorable. Bottom line--I thought I was purchasing a "new" case as it appeared to be advertised as such. Instead I got what appears to be a returned case or "refurb". They do not charge a re-stocking fee so that's a plus. I would hesitate to recommend or purchase from this e-tailer again. Disappointing purchase experience."

"I found this store while searching around, and couldn't find a single review on it. I took my chances, and placed two orders, because they had the cheapest prices on the items I was looking for. They have times listed on their website on when a product ships, and they actually stuck by it each time. My first order was said to ship by 11 am and it shipped exactly at that time, and I had it in my hands the next day. The other order I placed that same day at exactly 4:26:40 PM, and that order shipped literally an hour later. This store has the fastest shipping I have seen, when they say same day shipping they mean it. Their website is also very easy to use and has many options, you can combine orders to save on shipping, and you can easily cancel open orders. Not too many other merchants allow this much customization of the order after the order is placed without having to contact customer service. The thing that really convinced me to give them my business was the shipping prices. They actually charge you the actual shipping prices. They even undercharged me shipping on one order, the total they charged me for shipping was 83 cents and when I got the package I noticed it said that it cost 87 cents. On my second order I got a pen that had lights on it, and I didn't even order it, not sure if this was a mistake or a gift, but I was pleased to see it. I haven't had to deal with their customer service, but if they keep up what they are doing no one should have to. This is an excellent store, and I will order from them in the future. I recommend."
