"Hope you don't have a problem. Ordered two Necky kayaks and some accessories. Was suppose to have received two Visa cards with purchase. Turns out that I was only eligible for one card and you needed to fill out a rebate form. None of this was conveyed on the web site. Also, one of the kayaks had minor damage from shipment. When I emailed customer service about this and another question, the damage was ignored. When I called customer service, I was told they could not help and was hung up on. Cheap prices, but pray you don't have any issues."

"Placed an order with outdoorplay.com and wasn't happy with their customer service. UPS screwed up on the order, sending it way off in the wrong direction of its proper destination. Outdoorplay.com just made excuses about shipping time, instead of making the situation right. I asked one of their sales reps to place a trace on the order and he said he would. When I phoned UPS that night, they said nobody initiated a search. I didn't get the gear in time for an annual paddle event, though I placed the order over a week in advance and only live 200 miles from their shop. I gave them a try, but will stick with Alder Creek Kayak, especially since I've had nothing but great service from them."
