"I purchased a rope bag online. A sports band was sent instead. When I contacted Outdoorplay regarding their mistake, they claimed the item hadn’t been delivered. When I sent proof of delivery with photo and email delivery confirmation, they said I was a liar and refused to help. Stacey in particular was rude and unhelpful. If you’re considering making a purchase from Outdoorplay, you may want to search for other sellers. Outdoorplay seems to make routine mistakes, refuses to help and blames their customers while calling them liars. Buyer beware!"

They have helmets, pfd's, straps, safety gear and all the things that we need. They often have great end of season sales. I check in with some regularity just to see what they've got, because it can change and the best deals go by fast. If you want the color that they have, best get it right then!"

"I was in the market for a kayak dry suit but didn't know anything about them I went on to chat with a representative and they walked me through all my options in dry suits and even pointed me to and option I didn't even consider which was a Kokatat dry bibs the mate up with a dry top skirt and act like a dry suit with a very little less dry proof ability. As far as I am concerned it is just as good but the sales person did mention the difference between the two and I am so happy! I am claustrophobic and a dry suit is my worst nightmare but the two piece system saved my cold water kayak fishing time on the water. They are very helpful and professional and I would not hesitate to buy again and in fact I have several times."
