"I received a non-functional multi-channel amplifier. I understand that these things happen, and as a retailer, OSD has no control over products that they market from overseas suppliers. However, as a professional installer, this cost me an entire day of work, travel cost, and a somewhat dissatisfied customer. I now need to schedule an additional day, travel over two hours back to the job site (a working restaurant) to re-install when the replacement arrives. The client is still without sound for another week. In my case, it was impossible to get ahold of a live person at OSD when this problem arose. In addition, there were no concessions made to ship a replacement more expediently other than "at my own expense". An "advance replacement" was in reality the sale of another unit (on my credit card) until they receive the defective product back...and apparently at my own return shipping expense."
