I will not deal with this group thieves again. I have sent over 10 E-Mails they answered with have patience. After 60 days they no longer answered any of my E-Mail . It is self apparent they have no intention of filing there contract

After waiting one month for shipping (too much time; other resellers shipping in two weeks from China to Italy), the battery was wrong and the lcd protector was not present in the package.

"I purchased a case and screen protector for my new Samsung Galaxy S3. I had not received my package within the stated 7-18 business day delivery time, so I contacted Customer Service to ask where my package was. I was told that it may have gotten caught up in customs, that it would take some time to receive it and to be patient. I then contacted management regarding my missing package a few weeks later (due to not receiving it after 30 business days), and they found out what had happened with my package.

After a few emails back and forth between the company and I, they refunded the money charged for the order as I had requested, explained that they are reviewing procedures and would make improvements, apologized for the inconvenience and offered that I keep the package when I do receive it even after the refund.

I do appreciate the end result with them trying to resolve the matter, however, I remain disappointed at how long my order is taking to receive in the first place, and the fact that my phone has sustained damage because of not having the case and screen protector that I ordered."

"I ordered a cell phone silicone case for my Samsung S3 and it arrived about 2.5 weeks to Canada after order. The quality of the case was actually very good and arrived in thick bubble wrap package, not that it needs it anyway. I didn't have any problems with them or the product, so I don't have experience with their customer service. It's only a silicone case so can't really have much to review about other than it's a good quality case and it fits very good on my phone. Price is average online price, but definitely cheaper than local store which sells for double the price for something similar. Items are shipped from Singapore so it will take some time just like so many other similar cheap item Asian sites."
