"Original-battery-shop.com was a total scam from start to finish. We waited the state 13 business days and nothing. When contacting them they make various excuses, 'shipping costs to high' 'battery has been shipped, just wait for it' then they give you a fake shipping label for USPS that only says waiting for vendor or the like. Emails are written in broken English and hard to understand. Other post states after 45 days Paypal will not cover it. I disputed it after 25 days and have been told I will get a refund from PayPal. ....run from this vendor,it will only drive you crazy."

"The Original Battery Shop is nothing more than a Chinese scam. Their site offers original batteries but, after waiting over a month, and nothing they claim your order was lost and they are out of stock that battery. Then they try to flog off an aftermarket battery on you. When you decline and ask for a refund they ignore all communications. Because all this takes over 45 days, PayPal rejects any dispute and you are out the money, which had been sent to China."

"Original Battery Shop's prices and the quality of its products are good. However, I have worked with hundreds of vendors, large and small, and never witnessed a customer being treated the way OBS treated our school.

We had been buying from OBS for years. Our most recent, and definitely last, order was delayed because of a problem with the address. OBS contacted us to double-check it. The address had several errors which were obviously not a mistype- there was kanji in there and a 9 had been replaced with "A?." We do not even have the software to enter kanji and A and ? are on opposite sides of the keyboard, with ? requiring a simultaneous push on 'shift.' It would be unreasonable to blame our school for these errors; it seems much more likely to be some sort of website malfunction. Ignoring the facts, OBS sent us seven extremely rude emails with bad grammar and personal insults asserting that the error was our fault and that we should pay the extra shipping charges that had resulted.

OBS may have good products, but their behavior is far less professional than can be expected from even an individual seller on ebay or amazon, much less from a company. Unless they clean up their act and start delivering some common courtesy, I predict this company will lose a lot of customers.
