"This was one of the worst online ordering experiences I've had. First there was an issue with one of their site coupons. AWhat should have been a 10% off discount was actually only 4.7%. I sent a message to customer service and they never responded.

I did get a non-descript voicemail message asking for a return call. I left a return message at the extension left on my voicemail and did not get a response. I assumed this was a response to my customer service complaint, but there was an issue with the order processing online. I learned this from an email that was sent 7 days afer I submitted my order. So for 7 days my order sat in limbo.

I had to call again to settle the order and they finally fixed the 10% off issue. I might have been more satisfied had they expedited the order. I'm in the middle of a big move and it is frustrating to have the office in disarray for so long waiting for this order.

I will not order from this company again and will make sure to review them appropriately on every website I can find."

"Everything I ordered arlrived as promised and so far the quality of the items had met my expectations. The new wine glass holder is great because I can finally display my decorative glasses without using up valuable countertop or cabinet space. The laundry sorting bin helps me save time by sorting as I deposit laundry to be washed. I liked the price of the lingerie bags so much that I bought one for myself, my sister, and my niece. The mail sorter n key holder looks great, but somewhat not leveled. It doesn't lay flush against the wall."
