"I was waiting about 3 weeks to get it in Netherland. During this time I gets really concerned about it because in my address was small difference. People from OrganicAromas took care about it really great. I was calm after their messages. They were ensuring me, that no matter what will happened - I will be satisfied and happy.
After all I get my package and also one small bottle of oil gratis. That was nice. Everything was packed safety. Produckt looks like on the photo at the webstore.
The only thing which shocked me was consuming the oil by diffusor. I thought it will take much smaller dose. I need to buy more oils:)"

"I find my order took some time to arrive (about 10 days roughly). Which was okay. The packaging was great, nice & neat.
The nebuliser is also great, however emits a small sound while on (like an electric current). I would recommend for living areas, not your bedroom. "
"Customer service was beyond expectations in every step of my shopping experience. Before placing an order I had some questions which the service rep answered quickly, knowledgeably, and very pleasantly. I placed my order with special instructions included and my order was fulfilled exactly as I had requested. It was packaged and shipped professionally and very quickly. When it arrived everything was as described and in good order, with the exception of one item that did not appear to be functioning properly. I reached out to customer service and they shipped a replacement immediately and with no questions asked, along with providing pre-paid shipping for return of the defective item. Upon arrival of the replacement I did some more testing and was able to get the problem diffuser working properly, so apparently it wasn't defective after all but had some kind of anomaly that sorted itself out with a bit more use. Still, I returned the diffuser with no problem and I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. Many thanks!"
