Unreliable systems with no management information

"Our experience with Ordersnapp as store owners could not be worse. System was not fully developed when installed, existing hardware did not perform (although we had been told it would work), new hardware supplied by them was overpriced, system was out of work almost everyday, information was not accurate, we could not bill customers several times and many more issues to report. There are many better options in the market that will allow you to focus on your business other than spending time trying to fix the POS system issues. "

Great customer service

"Last Monday I was Experiencing an wifi issue with my current POS system. thru Ordersnapp they were quick to resolve my issue in a timely manor, Dena and her team was amazing, I wouldn't consider another POS. Thank you for all of you help Ordersnapp. "

Worst POS system ever! No customer service and no accountability...

"When they want your business, they will tell you they can customize anything for you. However, when an issue arrises, they are so quick to point fingers at everyone else but themselves. The worst decision I every made for my pizzeria store is to install this POS system. Ordersnapp is made for restaurants with slow to no business. Ordersnapp is not equipped in anyway to support any busy restaurants. Their so called customer service is a joke, using this company with make your company lose money and customers, they only care about their own bottom line and not yours. "

Impossible to get a refund from these frauds

"I placed an order to a local pizza place they were quick enough to take my money. However I got an email from them a little while later saying they couldn't get in contact with the pizza place. Three days later I'm still working on getting my refund. I've called ordersnapp multiple times and their customer service is appalling. I've been told 5 times that the service rep would leave a detailed message for a manager to call me back. So far I haven't received a call from a manager and it's been 3 days. The reps I've spoken to have refused to let me speak to a manager or give me a corporate office number and frequently lied about how long refunds take to process. I've contacted my bank to report fraud against them and would not advise using ordersnapp."

A rep from Ordersnapp, OrderSnapp, has responded:

“OrderSnapp provides online ordering for restaurants, all payments are deposited in the restaurants account. If an order is not properly confirmed by your local restaurant OrderSnapp sends an email to both the ordering customer and the restaurant to see if the order has been completed and give the user the option to request a refund. Requested refunds from merchants are processed almost immediately from OrderSnapp online support team. Visa and MasterCard also process these refunds almost immediately. Customers are notified by email that the requested refund has been processed. Delays in getting the refund to your account are usually caused by the customers local bank. Most banks post refunds within 24 hours however we have seen reports of as long as 5 business days.”

Took my money but no food

"Placed an order with a restaurant that uses this joke of a company. Ordersnapp was quick to take my money but the restaurant never got my order.
No receipt from them. No record of the order existing in my profile history. Now I’m down $32 and no dinner for my family.
Shut this company down.
If they won’t refund me, I’ll report the charges to my bank.

Horrible Customer Services

"I ordered from a Pizza Place on May 12th, they called saying some stuff at their location that i ordered was not provided. I decided to cancel the full order. $75! it is now July 3rd and still no refund. Ive called the place about 5 times and the same response, we have to send a message. Never again will I trust this company. Im will be sending a letter to the company and hoping to a BBB review. Disgraceful!"

Failure to Refund

"I ordered from a pizza place on November 13th and its now December 5 and I have not received my refund. I have called about twice every week since this has happened. They continue to tell me that it will post in my account immediately but then nothing. You'd think after weeks of getting refunds one of them would actually post in my account but no. We also tried to ask for a manager or supervisor to help the process along and were told that there wasn't any person of authority and that she was the only one there, but we could hear people speaking in the background. Then she proceeded to hang up on us. They're company is absolutely horrible."

Very poor customer service

"I ordered lunch through Ordersnapp on Dec 30th 2016, not knowing the restaurant (Thai Hana) was closed for the whole week. The transaction went through and I was charged without receiving the lunch. After being told by the restaurant to contact Ordersnapp, I entered a marathon of explaining to various customer service agents and waiting for replies. Still not solved yet after almost a week..."
