"I have booked an airline travel for my parents using OOJO and wanted to change their reservation to an earlier date. Airline told they can accommodate the travellers to other date but as OOJO made the booking, OOJO can only be the one to modify the ticket. Airlines ensured that there is no penalty or extra processing fees related to change of ticket. After reaching out to OOJO, they are asking for a lot of processing fees and justifying the fees by some excuses. This is such a bad scenario where end customer and service provider are fine altering things and OOJO is the one not allowing us to proceed. I even ask if OOJO can give direct control of the ticket to airlines and looks like that is not possible as well.

I had trusted OOJO in the past but I will not be using this service in future and will ask other people also to condemn this travel agency as they just make things hard with all the regulations."

"Very disappointed with their services. I booked the flight in October 2023 to Morocco, but because of recent earthquake I could not and do not want to go there. I asked them to exchange my ticket to different date and country, but using the same air company, and they refuced to do such thing, even though the flight company by itself is willing to help me. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the extra charge of $717, but unfortunately, I couldn't get the money back as Oojo said I agreed to the purchase, which I never did. I am posting about this company on different websites and social media platforms, in order to warn people and expose their deceptive business practices. They even asked me to pay tips to their employees after I finalized my ticket purchase."

I tried to change the date on my ticket they wanted to charge almost $1000 and my ticket was $950
I changed my mind I just wanted to go back on the date I was supposed to. They canceled my return date and asked either I will buy the changed date or I have to buy another return ticket because I can no longer travel on the date they canceled it. Customer service all from India covering each other they will not let talk to a supervisor. It was terrible. I had to pay extra to comeback in a later date and 10 hours layover as soon as I get to the state I am taking them to court"

"If there was a zero star, I would gladly give this travel agency Oojo one. Folks, don’t book through any travel agency. They will not help you if something goes wrong. All they care about is MONEY, nothing else. We were on our way to Nairobi Kenya to visit family from my wife's side. We live in AZ. You can imagine that it would be a long flight. I called this travel agency) and inquired about booking. I told the agent that I am a little bit skeptical because of the reviews and some terrible stories people share on so many platforms. . I called around December 2, 2022 and inquired about booking 3 round trip flights. The agent reassured me that “there is nothing for me to worry about". My worst nightmare came to pass once I booked the 3 round trip flights. The travel date was set for January 16, 2023 at 8:00 pm. I went to the counter to check my luggage only to be told that my 2 year old would need a visa to get to Nairobi Kenya. The airline then notified that that my 2 year old needs a Kenyan Visa even though we were told that a Visa would be issue to her at port of entry in Nairobi Kenya airport. My wife is from Kenya and she knows that Visas are issued at point of entry. The airline would not let me check my luggage and board. I was then given a piece of paper with some number to call. I called the airline customer and I called the travel agent more 12 times while I remained at LAX and hope at least that I would find someone to help me book another flight. We tried to talk to even the employees for Saudia Airline but they told me there was nothing they could do. We then contacted the Kenya embassy and sorted through the visa situation for my 2 year old. We then called the travel agency again to try to get some help. These people are so unprofessional and rude. They put me on hold for 54 minutes and never got back to the phone. When I realized that nobody from the airline or the travel agency was willing to help me, I decided to head back home to AZ BY GETTING RENTAL CAR. Of course, the travel agency already processed payment. I wish I did not listen to this lying travel agent. I will never anything from any travel agency. I hope this review helps someone avoid the same mistake that I've made by booking with this scamming travel agency. This is the worst customer service ever and the worst experience. Oojo is the worst travel agency. Don’t do business with them. Book directly from the airline instead."

"Buying the ticket is easy if you don't go through all terms and conditions especially "AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND TRAVELTECH Corp" where it comes to the change of the flight date and fees. The customer service is horrible. They didn't have any date available in first conversation and in second contact, after a long wait they had to send me an email. What is important here is that at any point of time during the purchase on-line they will not let you know about an extra charge of $150.00 for "OOJO Processing fee" beside other fees, if you decide to make a change in flight date. You can only know about it when you read the "AGREEMENT BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND TRAVELTECH Corp"."

"Stay away from those scammers,I did purchase my ticket with them,then received my e-ticket and pnr code,and everything looked good,within couple of hours I did receive another e ticket with didderent number,did call them after 15 times ,They rudly answered me that both are valid and I can use any of them!
