"It literally took me 30min and calling your parts dept and it still took time to find it. And it is VERY MISLEADING when you click "ORDER PARTS" to get dumped onto a page where you fill out in free-form the parts you need and basically it emails it to the parts dept.

And they never responded to me in 3 days, which prompted me to call and find out about the hidden "SHOP NOW"."
