"Not a good experience. They advertised a UPS at a great price (Uninterrupted Power Supply.) So I signed up and ordered one, giving my CC info and email. I had friends warn me these guys are notorious for baiting and cancelling orders - but some people have had a good experience. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered, figuring if they made these errors in the past, they would have learned by now. Low and behold, 1 day later, I get a 'technical pricing error' and a cancellation. I will not be wasting my time with this merchant again, or allowing them to get my information for free like this."
"I ordered a projector and received a confirmation e mail that says nothing about the order number or the shipping information. 3 days later of my order i received an e-mail that says your order failed upon verification and therefore cancelled by our system, it also states that they will issue a refund in 5 to 7 days! i called them and talked to the customer care representative called Enrico B. Valisno Jr. first he told me that they cancelled my order because they couldn't verify the address that i gave them, then he said they cancelled it because they couldn't supply the order anymore because it was out of stock ! and after a long conversation he said they will refund my money between 24-48 hours. The same night i received another e mail about the order shipping confirmation that says my shipping was cancelled! this site looks like a scam ! and they got my banking info. also ! never ever buy anything from this site ! their customer service sucks! "

"One would think that after we've been using the Internet for commerce for almost 20 years, companies would have figured out how to match orders to the existing numbers of products that they have in stock. I've ordered a Samsung Wireless printer - order went through, but because I didn't receive shipping confirmation for 10 days, I contacted the company about the order and they responded that the product has been discontinued. And that's it. Although I still see it from other retailers (although at a higher price).
I would describe them as incompetent. Will eventually drive themselves out of business."
