Non-existent "customer service"

"I have been trying to order from this company for the past month. I have personally sent 12 emails and 8 texts so far, carefully detailing exactly what I wanted. The answers I received (when I received any at all) were usually one- or two-word replies, although I managed to get a five-word response to a five-paragraph inquiry once .....

Payments? Fahgeddaboudit - I asked six times where to send payment, and who to make out the check to, and was met with complete and utter silence all six times. I finally got the address from another purchase I had made (suprisingly, another mannequin from this brand, including the same phone number - oh, btw, did you know you have to "text" orders in? Like that works ... hah!!), wrote out a check, and mailed it to the address, along with a carefully and clearly worded note that said, "I would like to purchase these two mannequins. Here is payment for both and shipping." Crickets, crickets .... Supposedly, they are still in business, just not doing online sales and can't accept credit cards (therefore the writing and mailing of the check).

If I could give these guys a zero star for "customer service", I would.

"Someone in customer service with the email "****@****" is making my experience terrible. I keep trying to get someone different to reply, but this person is the only one there!

I am having a terrible time trying to get the correct matching Wooden Cap for my dress-form I received 15 days ago. I am constantly restating exactly what I need in a long drawn-out email chain, in which I keep getting the run around to send them more and more photo's and video, for them to turn around and tell me everything "looks ok". This should have been resolved simply based on my 1st email w/ photos. I'm am 100% positive they sent me a Wooden Cap from the incorrect sized form, because the fit is way too small and it constantly falls off. I also bought a Male dress-form and the Wooden Cap fit perfectly.

"I was hung up on not once but twice when I called to inquire about my order. What a horrible way to conduct business.

Please be advised. Received a tracking number on Monday, and by Thursday the package had still not had any activity.

"I had a very good experience with this company, they went above and beyond on all my orders, i have been buying from them for several years now.

You should be aware that they officially do not sell retail, so if you want to buy at a good price and dont need the retail experience (like no phone customer service only email) these guys are really good.
