The tables were a bit difficult to assemble. The metal parts and the screws did not always align well.

"Terrible - first the table was 3 packages delivered and I only received 2. I contacted customer service and they did help "put a tracking on it" so I had to wait a week. Still no table another was sent. When received it looked as if the package was "put through the ringer" as the box was torn open, re-packaged, and then shipped to me. The one corner of the box was open so I looked inside and imagine the table was damaged. I figure this was a returned item already and they just re-packaged it and shipped it back out. Now still waiting to find out what I have to do to return this item and fighting to get a refund. Terrible service and product. Will go elsewhere. Now I know why the table was cheaper they use returned damaged items and expect you to just keep them."

"Although the free delivery was a bit slow, the table finally came. The drawer on the table is damaged, and it will not open or close. I called, and was told that they would contact the warehouse and send me a new piece. The agent told me that she would get back to me with the shipping information. She never did. When I called back 2 days later, I was told that due to bad weather there was a delay. I told them that I waited for the table over a week, and now I have a table that I cannot even display. I asked for some kind of small compensation, being that the representative failed to get back to me, the table is damaged, and my troubles. I was told that they do not do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told that he was in a meeting, and he would get back to me. He never did. She told me that she explained the situation with him, and he agreed with her. I asked if i could speak directly to him, and again she told me he is still in a meeting. The agent also told me that she had expained to me that the replacement was going to be delayed due to weather, but she never did, that was the excuse she used for the long wait for my original delivery. All I want is what I paid for, and do not have it. A small compensation would show that I am a valued customer to them, and would like my business again. If everything was perfect, even with the long delivery time, I would not have complained a single bit. My money is accepted everywhere, and do not think I will ever use this non customer friendly company again."
