new Ariens snow blower

"Last year I bought a new Ariens snow blower here used it twice it always surged
I bought the gas they said to use put in stabil
This year it surges worse contacted dealer who will attempt to fix my $1000.00
New snow blower but for a charge
The dealer won’t help me find the engine model number so I can order the engine manual and try to fix my new machine again NO help
I am 73 and need a snow blower that works.
I bet if I bought a unit from whites farm they would stand behind their products
Bad dealer no help at all doesn’t stand behind what he sells

Worst customer service ever

"So I ordered a clutch basket for my m109r on a Monday and needed it asap. I paid for 2 day processing. They didn't send it out until Friday! And because of Sunday, usps will be delivering in Monday, when I have much less time to work on my bike. If they sent it a day sooner then I'd have it Saturday. So I paid for 2 day shipping and received it exactly a week later when it was shipped from a location 3 hours from me! I contacted them and got a voice recording right away and the guy says to go on their website to contact them which is only by email. How nice is that? These guys have such terrible attitudes and care about nothing. Their terms and conditions says no returns or refunded shipping charges ever. They put down all these conditions to avoid helping the customer. And when I emailed them I hit a response that ignored everything I said and they spelled out their standard procedure. Like a copy and pasted email. Absolutely pathetic. No attempt to help me. They only care about themselves, well how about the customer? The one paying you money to keep your doors open you morons? I have stuff going on in my life too and these guys couldn't imvonvience tgeur Customer's more. "

"I ordered four items from Oneida's site. After several days of hearing nothing, got an email that one of the items was backordered.

Email was from a no-reply account, so I was forced to go online and submit a generic email with instructions to cancel the backordered item and ship the rest.

Several more days passed, with not a word. I submitted yet another email, asking about the status of my order.

Another day passed. Now it was a week since I placed the order, and I had no idea if anything was shipping.

I decided to call them, and used the number displayed on their site. Got a voice recording that told me to submit requests via the email form on their site (and I guess just hope for a response).

I Googled around and found another phone number for them. After a few attempts finally got someone on the phone. He cut me off after a few words ("I placed an order online and--") and blurted out that oneidasuzuki.com was different than Oneida Suzuki, even though they both had the same address. I was taken aback by his rudeness and what he was telling me. I started to ask a couple of questions to figure things out, and he hung up on me. I called back and he placed me on hold before I could say anything. After a few minutes of nothing, I called back again, only to receive a busy signal.

I then called my bank to contest the charge. BUT ... since I used PayPal, which withdrew directly from my checking account, I was out of luck. I then filed a dispute with PayPal, and within minutes received an email from oneidasuzuki.com that my order was cancelled. They promptly refunded my money to PayPal.

So much wrong with this company, I don't know where to start.

1) Items on backorder should be listed as such on their site.
2) Why did it take several days just to tell me there was a delay?
3) I should have been able to reply to their email, and should not have had to take all the unnecessary steps of going to their site and submitting a generic email form.
4) The worst part ... making it nearly impossible to talk to someone about an order I placed. This just doesn't happen anywhere else (or at least anywhere else reputable).
5) The "man" I eventually spoke with was a lying, vile, despicable, unprofessional joke of a human being. I pity him and the life he's lived that has led him to such a foul place.

The only thing this company did right was cancel my order as soon as I filed the dispute with PayPal.

"I ordered OEM saddlebags for my bike. After 4 days I told them to cancel the order because they didn't ship the item. They told me I couldn't cancel. The next day I try calling and emailing and get nowhere. I fill out the form on their site telling them to cancel and that I will refuse the items and dispute with the credit card company. All of a sudden a notice that the order shipped with a tracking number. Three days later UPS site says only label printed have not received item. Oneida Suzuki has the worst customer service and no direct way to communicate with them. Beware of this seller. Find a reputable place to buy."

"I ordered a footpeg mount and footpeg and paid $56 for 2nd day air. I got an email the next day saying it was backordered and cannot be cancelled. Backorders happen, but when they don't allow cancellations on backorders that isn't acceptable. Especially when it's clear with 2nd day shipping that it was needed ASAP. It took 8 days for them to get the part and ship it. I would have found another option had I known this (or been able to cancel it!)"
