"These guys are the best! I was having trouble with my computer's secondary monitor and had been trying to fix it by myself for 3 days but just couldn't so called One Solution Inc guys and explained what I had done to try and fix it. They (Biswa and Ravi) were surprised by the level of my knowledge about drivers, graphics cards and GPU's and helped me troubleshoot the problem further. Finally we decided to put in a new graphics card so these guys recommended the one I needed per my usage and ordered for me it at a brilliant price much cheaper than the regular websites show. Their field tech in my area (Ronald) was scheduled to visit me upon the delivery of the part, and so he did. This guy was in and out of my office in about 25 minutes and even did a tune up on my computer which made it work much faster!

"These people were great to deal with and very clearly described their services. I was skeptical at first but since it was Memorial Day and my local tech was closed, I decided to give them a chance. It turned out to be much cheaper, quicker and more efficient than taking it to my local tech shop. Keith even described what was being done and I had the ability to see what work was going on on my computer.
