"The website says this item is "in stock" and ships in "2 to 3 weeks". This is the reason I chose them to order this item. See: http://www.onewayfurniture.com/mlf-sp924.html

I received an email the next day saying it would be at least 3 MONTHS until the item shipped. I responded the same day, asking why the website and order confirmation were so different.

They "updated my ticket" four days after I sent the email, and I received notice of the update via email without a valid reply address, so I can't communicate with them.

I have yet to hear back from them.

"I ordered the Powell Bombe 67 Entertainment TV Console. Oneway furniture had the best price, and I received it 6 days from when the order was placed. It arrived in perfect shape! I would order from Oneway again!"

"After many hours of searching the web for the best price on a dining set, we discovered this site. While they had the lowest price on the table, they were high on the matching chairs. When we contacted them, they matched the lower price we had found on the chairs. While they missed the shipping date by 5 days, the merchandise arrived in excellent condition. However, we were missing one set of chairs. When we called customer service (no problem reaching a live person right away), they immediately contacted the manufacturer, and the other set of chairs was delivered five days later. Assembling the table and chairs was very easy. We buy only solid wood furniture (no laminate or pressed wood), and the quality of the wood was excellent. Given the excellent service we received, and the fact that we were able to save almost $400, we would not hesitate to order from this company again."

"Very Displeased with Custome Service!! Actually, their "Customer Service" department is almost non-existant. It was impossible to get any one on the phone. I always got voicemail when I called. Company unwilling to help when they made a mistake!! I have never worked with such an inept company in my life. I will never do business with them again!! I would not recommend this company to anyone that I know. "

"This store advertises heavily that is has a "90 day Price Match Guarantee". On one page it simply states that it will match any price "found on-line", in another it has a link for more info and it then gives the fine print details. It excludes just about every store both on-line and off. I found the identical item on-line at JC Penney for $100 less before the delivery even arrived. Since I bought 3 of these this adds up to a condsiderable amount difference. The customer service department and it's supervisor were very unprofessional in trying to help in any way. I was told that if I sent them back I would be charged a 15% restocking fee and round trip delivery charges to boot.

"received swivel bar stools and had to assemble making low price not worth it. Noticed metal used was EXTREMELY thin for this type of product. Within 2 months stools began to fail - 1 swivel unit on 24" stool became wobbly; 2 of 4 29" stools collapsed when someone sat on them; other 2 29" stools had cracks in metal at welds. Called compand twice and left message and no one ever returned call. I welded stools to repair and even welded add'l. bracing on them but thin metal couldn't take normal use and stools are COLLAPSING again. I will never buy from them again and would discourage anyone else from doing so. Walmart sells better quality stools already assembled at a similar price!"
