I am a retired Biomedical Engineer that worked in a hospital setting. I wanted an exercise machine that would benefit me. When I started to research various Elliptical machines,I found that most of them were flimsy and did not meet my expectations. Then I found One Shot Fitness on the internet,and there was my dream machine.
Now the three I's of importance:
I did not have any problems on billing, shipping or functionality of my machine when it arrived.
I would do business with this company in the future again without any concern.
I have a commercial grade unit and not a toy!

"After using Precor ellipticals at various gyms over the years, I finally decided to take the plunge and buy one for my house. I spent hours looking and researching for what I thought would be the best buy, and finally decided to order from One Shot Fitness. I spoke with Mr. Charles Gish (General Manager and Fitness Expert) and told him which model I had decided on. They had it stock, and I placed the order. My unit arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date, and looks and feels like brand new. I am extremely happy I chose this company to do business with, and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for top of the line exercise equipment."

"If everyone did business like these guys the world would be a much better place. Literally from start to finish, the level of professionalism that Arun and his associates displayed is unmatched outside of a Rolls Royce dealership.
I am not trying to hype this company,I did not even know of them before finding them during an internet search. I am just giving them the credit they deserve.
I called to inquire about ordering three pieces of equipment for a client of mine, and Arun was completely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable from the get go; and he went above and beyond with numerous follow up calls to keep us posted on the progress of our order.
Four other things put them above and beyond the competition too: 1- Even though my client gave Arun her credit card information to pay for the order, he did not run the card for payment until she emailed him the authorization form (she had forgotten to do it after they spoke), instead, he contacted me to make sure she was still interested in placing the order. To me that shows real integrity. Most people would have quickly run the card and hoped for the best. 2- The order was actually delivered more than one week earlier than originally projected. When does that ever happen? They had two other deliveries to make that were not too far from my client, so they worked overtime to get the equipment ready to ship (the pieces all look brand new) and they put them on the truck with the other orders. 3- The men that delivered the equipment took the time to make sure that literally not one mark or scratch was made when they brought the pieces into the house. They laid blankets down wherever there was any possibility of any floor damage - from the doorway into the house all the way to the machines destination. Did I mention that all of the stuff was brought into the basement? They literally did not make one mark. They also moved three other pieces of old equipment out of the way, and they even moved a heavy file cabinet into another room for us. And they happened to be legitimately nice guys who really knew what they were doing. 4- My client has a commercial quality recumbent bike that is not working. Instead of telling us it was no good, and then taking it away and reselling it, they checked it out and told us that it only needed a new battery that costs about $20.00; we never would have known the difference since one of the pieces they delivered was a new recumbent bike.
I literally could not be more pleased with the experience I had with this company and I will recommend them most highly to everyone I come across who is looking to buy commercial equipment. Do yourself a favor and talk to them before you buy from anyone else."

"I ordered a Life Fitness Recumbent Bicycle from OneShotFitness. It was to be a piece of used fitness equipment that was in demo condition. When I received it, it appears to have been a case of "spillage", a machine that slipped past the usual high quality control. This can happen in any business with any product, and is acceptable as long as the company or seller stands by their merchandise. One Shot Fitness was attentive to my concerns and first made a price adjustment, and then subsequently agreed to take the machine back. The owner of the company took my concerns very seriously and worked to achieve my satisfaction. They covered the return shipping costs, which were probably in excess in $200. During these dealings I developed respect for the owner of the company and, although not committed to buy anything in exchange for the return, I did purchase another newer model bike from One Shot Fitness for an additional $1,200. That machine came through and I am 100% satisfied. OneShotFitness could have made the initial matter a huge headache for me, but they didn't and were just as responsive as if I was standing in a store face-to-face rather than 3.000 miles away on a telephone. It is this type of customer service which gives online retailing a good name. Despite my initial difficulties, I would not hesistate to recommend OneShotFitness to anyone else."
