"I've had my Fujifilm X10 camera now for almost a month and I really like this camera a lot. The service from OneCall was as good as it gets. The salesperson, Chad, was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. He worked with me in an "emergency" situation in that I had ordered this same camera through Amazon but it never arrived, in fact, Amazon had no record of the order at all and I was leaving to go on vacation the very next day. I was able to find out that Amazon was the "go between" for the order in which the camera was coming from OneCall anyway. So, with this bit of information, I called OneCall directly and ended up ordering from them with very personalized service from a "real person" which is always my preference. I was told of an "open box" X10 and ended up purchasing that camera instead of the advertised used version of the same... for only a few dollars more. This was a new camera with full USA factory warranty at a substantial discount off retail. My whole experience with OneCall was great and I will be contacting Chad again. As a matter of fact, I will be contacting him a the first of next week to inquire about a Nikkor 85mm 1.8G lens.

Living out in the Pacific is challenging when you are doing on line orders. Many of the large retail chains give you a hard time with shipping using the USPS. No such problem with OneCall. They were very willing to accomodate my shipping needs using the post office. The other option FedEx and UPS would have cost me more than the product was worth. So for those of you looking for great prices on the internet and dont stay in the mainland, OneCall is the answer! Good prices, great customer service and I am sure a host of other goodies for the asking.

"I have made two purchases from OneCall, and both experiences have been great. The first was for a Tamrac Expedition 7 camera back pack. Chad, the sales representative I spoke to worked with me on matching a lower price I found on the internet. He shipped it right out and it arrived quickly. The second purchase was for a Canon 5D Mk3. I had called, and spoke to Chad, he remembered me from the camera backpack. He advised he didn't think he would have any left from the pre-orders. He called me back later that day and said they got the cameras in, and he has extras if I was interested. I was leaving for a photo trip to northern AZ, and we worked out him shipping it to AZ where I was able to pick it up and use it on this trip. Another associate there, Patrick was helpful in making sure I got the camera on the day I needed it to arrive. Chad called me today to see how th4e trip went and to follow up on the camera. These guys know customer service and I will purchase from them again."
"Exceptional. Ordered Sony 60-inch HDTV (great price...less than $1750), but was worried about handling during shipping. OneCall told me exactly how it would be packaged and who would be the carrier (Yellow Trucking). TV arrived as scheduled, perfect condition, and well secured on an individual pallet. Both OneCall personnel and their designated carrier representative were polite and knowledgable--eased my mind a great deal. Speaking of deals, OneCall's price on this particular item could not be matched either by internet or brick & mortar stores. One large competing retailer even raved about OneCall's deals and service (from his prior experience). I sure appreciated hearing that from a competitor! So far no problems with the HDTV (Sony EX720), but if the experience so far is any indicator, I'm confident OneCall's tech support and service will be just as good. Strongly recommend utilizing this retailer."
"From the day I ordered to the day I received my shipment, it was exactly two weeks. There was a shipping snafu with Fedex ground. One Call made it sound like I could request a delivery time, so I requested delivery after 4:30 PM because I was requiring a signature (it was a set of expensive home theater speakers). In fact these shipping instructions were not given to the carrier, and after further investigation Fedex stated a delivery time can not be requested! So there was an obvious training issue here on the part of giving my false information on OneCall's part. Once I missed the first two deliveries, I called to put a hold on the shipment - so I could pick it up at a delivery store - but again the package was instead returned to OneCall, so a new order had to be cut and a new set of speakers shipped, delaying everything one more additional week. I probably called OneCall three times, each time talking to a friendly and helpful customer service person. In the end they got me a new set of speakers, not open box like I ordered, for the same cost as an open box set of speakers, so I can't complain. They sound awesome, but I recommend OneCall either not do business with Fedex, or at least inform you to have it delivered to a business if you are requiring a signature. "

"I am very pleased with the service frfom OneCall.com. They kept me up to date one the shipping of the TV. They emailed me what to expect with the shipping and how to sign and check for damage. The TV had a shock notice on the outside showing me if the unit was dropped or overly shook. I had arrainged for the TV to come during my half hour lunch period. The TV is great. They sent several follow up emails and even have a phone number to call if I had any problems or to better understand something on the TV. I have also ordered the 3d glasses for the TV from OneCall and I am currently looking in to buying a blueray from them."
