"Due to circumstances, I had overlooked the renewal date for Omnitech Support & Security. Omnitech called me to remind me of the renewal and we completed everything in the one call. Their choice to remind me was a good business choice on their part. The gentleman that I spoke with was very cordial and helpful. This is my second year and I will continue to subscribe with Omnitech. I cannot comment on their product shipping process or their return service or exchange as I have never ordered a product or returned anything."

"The Service is helpful at fixing computer problems if you get the right rep. I almost did not renew because of the security breach were individuals had gotten my Omnitech, then calling numerous times trying to get other info. It was reported to the company at least three times. Other than that it appears to be a good product if your not very computer literate."

technical support and was quickly contacted. I was very politely transferred to the department to assist in the re-installation of my security system this was done very quickly and the three technicians I spoke with were very pleasant and polite and resolved my issue also explaining the reason of the issue.
