"The product arrived in a timely fashion. However, after putting it in the refrigerator, the protein separated out. this was the second order that I have had this happen to. I contacted customer service after the first one, and expressed my concern. I thought it might be the high heat in Arizona. They said they contacted the manufacturer and had no issues.
After this second order, I contacted Labrada directly. It turns out that they had troubles in manufacturing last year, and their batches tended to destablilize in higher heat until they modified their product. I am buying product that was made before september of last year. The lot numbers were confirmed by the rep I talked to at labrada
It would have been nice for Omni to have done the same research I did. And for them to sell product that is current, not a year old"
