Shipping that was paid for (UPS ground) was not delivered, instead it was sent by USPS surepost. The replacement shipment took another 10 days. Nothing was broken, but the burner assembly was incomplete- only 1/3 of the assembly was in the package. I was hospitalized at the time so I did not inspect the parts for 2 weeks after delivery. I would strongly dissuade prospective customers from using Oliver's Outlet. At best they are incompetent and at worst completely dishonest."

Got an email on Jan 15 saying the order has been processed.

No other updates, no tracking nos., nothing.

They had the lowest price, including shipping, that I could find online. I was quite apprehensive after reading some complaints online from other customers. I went ahead with the order anyway only because I thought the BBB entry on them was "not too bad".

On Jan 19, I got the package, and it was PERFECT.

So, no more worries.
