"I found out early on Friday afternoon that I needed one more part to have on hand for my plumber's scheduled appointment the following week. I ordered from Oliver's Outlet and and asked for their attentiveness to my time sensitivity, hoping to process and ship before the weekend started. Ana responded quickly, shared her plan to try to get it shipped that night from the closest warehouse to my location, and the order arrived today (the following Tuesday), wow! Thank you! I could not have asked or expected more."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and only one of the two items arrived. And since they are stuck in the 70's, they don't believe in phone support, so you have to email them.

I've emailed them three times and NO answer. This is NOT how you conduct business in 2015.

"My first order contained one part missing an essential piece and one part that was damaged beyond use. Shipping that was paid for (UPS ground) was not delivered, instead it was sent by USPS surepost. The replacement shipment took another 10 days. Nothing was broken, but the burner assembly was incomplete- only 1/3 of the assembly was in the package. I was hospitalized at the time so I did not inspect the parts for 2 weeks after delivery. I would strongly dissuade prospective customers from using Oliver's Outlet. At best they are incompetent and at worst completely dishonest."

"Ordered a shelf for a kenmore sideByside fridge on Jan 13 2015.
Got an email on Jan 15 saying the order has been processed.

No other updates, no tracking nos., nothing.

They had the lowest price, including shipping, that I could find online. I was quite apprehensive after reading some complaints online from other customers. I went ahead with the order anyway only because I thought the BBB entry on them was "not too bad".

On Jan 19, I got the package, and it was PERFECT.

So, no more worries.

Thanks for the quick service, and somewhat surprising shipping.

"I ordered a replacement bellow for our washer. The price was low and the part came quickly. The problem was that they sent a model that has since been updated two times. The model sent did not match the model ordered. They sent old stock. After about two weeks of emailing they are accepting the part back for credit. "

"I ordered two replacement range hood filters for a discontinued KitchenAid hood. The order was placed, received an order confirmation, and the day after received a tracking number.

Later that week, I received the two hood filters, and the parts fit like described.
