"I am 56 yrs old, know what is ok to consume and what is not. After requesting an adjustment on my bill for $22.50 (out of a $149.95 order) for a salami that was sticky all over and slimy in spots on the casing. I understand how salami is made and cured but this company "knows they sent me good product". I was shamed and condescended to by their customer service. He sent articles about how salami is made, types of molds used basically saying I am an idiot. Dry salami shouldn't be slimy and sticky on the outer casing whatsoever. I had to challenge the CC charge to get a refund.
Don't buy from these cheats....they will not stand by their customers or products. "

The product has not expired yet, based on the sticker on the package. After contacting the company, they advised that they would not do anything about this situation. "
