"The order came in 2 separate shipments, which I was expecting because I called customer service to make sure that I would get my party items on time. The shipment went out same day and I had my items well in time for party which was great! The second shipment was a piece of glassware, and it did follow the second shipment but it caused a little anxiety because I didn't get a second tracking # and it shipped from UPS while the first shipment came from FedEx. I called customer service to ask about it, before realizing the UPS box I had gotten (marked only "fulfillment center" so I didn't realize its origin) was the second shipment of my order.The stein was intact but I am surprised it wasn't damaged in shipment because it was lying at the bottom of the box in packing peanuts, no bubble wrap or other protection for it. This is the reason for only 4 stars."
