"This was one time ordering from Okdermo and I was a little nervous but I read so many positive and excellent reviews that I decided to give a try.
As soon as I completed my ordered. I received an email from Okdermo confirming my order. The second email from Okdermo was to let me know that my order was shipped with a confirmation number to track the order. I decided to pay for expedited shipping where I could receive my order within 5 to 10 days. Well on sixth day I was a little nervous since I hadn’t received my order. Because of my concerned I sent an email to Okdermo’s customer service and I was surprised to receive email back within minutes from Angela S. Angela S. took the time to reply to my email. She assured me when to expected my order and to kindly notify her once I received my order and that it was very important for Angela to know.
