"We ordered 4 cakes from them for Passover. The seven layer cake which was the first cake which we opened was "crunchy". We didn't realize that it was stale until we tried the other 3. They were all fine. The cake arrived on Friday after they had closed for the holiday see I was unable to reach out to them until 4/5 when they re-opened. They told me that we should have frozen the cake. It arrived on Friday and was opened on Saturday. They then said that since we had eaten the cake it couldn't have been that bad. This is the LAST time we will deal with them. Ignore what it says on their website about making you happy. Their customer service is the worse I have seen in a long time. "
