"I paid for 2 day shipping and it took 4 days to receive my item. When I tried to contact them I did not receive a call back and all but one of my emails went unanswered. I was only given a partial refund and they never replied to my concern. They should not advertise something they can not honor such as TWO DAY SHIPPING! The item I received fit terribly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!"

The customer service rep was so helpful and picked out a black corset based on my description. Basically, I bought it sight unseen! And when I received it, the corset was EXACTLY what I wanted AND it fit perfectly. The rep was very patient and helpful."

I also ordered a corset which did not fit and I was able to return the item without any difficulties. I exchanged it for another size and style. The exchanged item arrived within 10 business days. Some of what I received are items I would never wear. Buyer beware, they can add whatever they want to your order and even things that are back ordered and then refuse to give you a refund.

"When you order from this site, you never know when you're going to get your order. At the time of placing the order, no indication was given about the item being out of stock. Weeks later, a note was placed on the web site that the item would not be available until a date weeks later. (This is the second time in a row that this has happened to me with Oh Cheri). An inquiry sent to customer service resulted in an unapologetic and non-informative reply: "That product is not available until late July. There is a note on the product page". I can only imagine how bad the "customer no-service" would be if the item arrived and needed to be returned."
