"The level of incompetence displayed by this company goes unrivaled. Even though the website specifically says if you order before 1:00 pm your order goes out that day. Even though I placed my order Monday night to go out the next day tuesday ( before 1 pm) and paid an extra $20 for 3 day shipping so I could receive the costume by friday, none of this mattered. The costume went out Wednesday and I received it Monday. After Halloween. When I called they didn't apologize , they instead blamed it on UPS. when I called ups to work something out ( maybe a Saturday delivery) they informed me it wasn't possible seeing as how the error was on official costumes side.. I finally received the costume Monday, I called to return it and be reimbursed. They lady informed me ups would be coming to pick it up no later than Wednesday. Today is Friday, the package is still here, I called to find out what was going on, only to be told I never called on monday and no order had been placed for a pickup... and in order to do so I would have to print out a return label, call for a pickup or take it myself to a local ups.. horrendous customer service.. and the people on the phone are even worse... DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TIME AND PATIENCE.. THEY ARE A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS. "

"Awful! Ordered this costume, received confirmation email, then about an hour later I received another email saying that the item was out of stock. I called amazon to confirm that this order would be canceled since my checking account had already been debited TWICE for the amount of $31.69. The first charge was credited back the next day. The seller said I would have to wait for the costume to arrive and then mail it back before I could get a refund. It didn't ship until five days later!!! This order was placed August 27th I shipped the costume back September 10th and it was delivered to their warehouse September 14th (today is September 23rd...). I've yet to receive a refund. Will be calling AGAIN today... Not pleased and customer service is difficult. Save your time!!!"
