"I called 04/14/08 to get a return authorization for the product I ordered as it did not meet my expectations. Even though I had ordered over the internet, I was told that the salesperson who made the sale would have to give me the authorization number. I was told he was in a meeting and he would email the number to me. I never received an email. 05/14/08 I called again asking for a return authorization number and was told that someone would call me the next day with the number. I never received a phone call. Today is 10 weeks out from my request to return the product. I will NEVER deal with this company again!"
