"I found them looking for nothing more than an unpainted Dr. Grip (paint flaking off when my hands are sweaty is a pet peeve of mine), which are easy to find, just not B&M. The prices were good, and I needed other things for my cube at my new job, anyway, so...

After nearly a week and half of waiting, I called them up, and got a live person right away, who was actually able to tell me why it was taking so long. Everything got here, and all has been well.

My most recent order, ordered yesterday during the wee hours, got here this afternoon. They've got a good selection, good prices, ship right away, and seem that 'customer service' thing down, that so many businesses have forgotten about.

"I just received my calendar from OfficeBella and am very happy with the quality of the merchandise and the customer service I received. "Excellent Customer Service and Low Prices!

I was quite impressed by their free 1-2 day UPS shipping on orders $50 or over - less than 48 hours from order to delivery in my case. Even more impressive is OfficeBella's customer care.

One box of my multiple box shipment arrived with damage to the contents, which was not caused by UPS. I contacted OfficeBella about this by email and they promptly responded BY PHONE! They apologised for the problem and explained that it was likely caused by less-experienced temporary help in the shipping department of my local warehouse. (I had placed an order about a week before Xmas.) A replacement shipment for the damaged items was then sent and arrived less than 48 hours later - well packaged and undamaged.

There are many Internet based office supply businesses out there and most of them have low prices. What sets OfficeBella.com apart from the rest is their commitment to customer service, which is rare in ANY business these days. I will definitely order from them again as well as recommending them to others!

"Absolutely charming! They delivered the magnetic board I ordered in 1 day as promised (and shipped the same day as I ordered as well). I didn't report on a small dent on the surface, but they themselves called me couple of days later to ask if I was satisfied with the order and when I mentioned the dent suggested to exchange it. Next day I had a new board! One of the greatest services I'm aware about!"

"Our office received a damaged item in our last order. When I called Office Bella, they were so understanding and PROMPT,the item was re-ordered without hesitation and was sent out immediately. We were not asked to send the damaged item back before they re-ordered, in fact,we were not asked to send the item back at all! We were not inconvenienced in any way. What a good experience!! In a world where customer service is severly lacking, this company is refreshing!
