"I ordered a video projector from another online company, but after waiting 2 weeks for backorder information and delivery time estimate, I gave up and cancelled the order. I tried another online company and had the similar experience, except that that company cancelled the order and recommended another model, which I rejected. Aaargh!! What a pain. Based on the recommendation from a friend, I checked out Office Wonderland expecting the same disappointing result. However, right from the get-go, I knew this was going to be a better experience. My sales rep was Richard. I expressed my doubts that Office Wonderland could do any better considering my first 2 experiences. No so, within a couple days I received delivery information. My projector was on the way. Then!!! we had a sewage pump failure that resulted in our basement filling with raw sewage. The combined estimates from the plumber and cleanup company came in at over $4000--and with Christmas around the corner. I called Richard and cancelled my order for the projector. Richard was totally understanding and cancelled the order without ceremony. I'm hoping our finances recover by late spring, so I can reorder the projector. Meanwhile we'll continue watching our 24" TV. "
