I bought a phone htc one, which once i received it was a testing device which means its not designed for selling.

after a big fight with the customer service, and the most unreliable courier that they are dealing with (which he claims that he called you for the deliver and you didn't answer which never happened)

i had to send the phone to them by my self and they needed 2 days to check the phone !! and another 4 days to return the money.
