"DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!. Unfortunately I found these reviews "after" I ordered. Once I read these reviews, I knew I'd never get my product... and I was right!.
They have a very slick web site, and everything looks "above board" with next day / tracked delivery available. .. However, they told me they had sent my new £80 phone by 2nd class post. When it became clear it wasn't going to arrive, I e-mailed them. They said fill a form in and we will claim off Royal Mail. Ha Ha!! ... I have worked for Royal Mail myself for 31 years (10 years in management!!) Royal Mail does not pay compensation for 1st and 2nd class lost items!!. If you want insurance - you post with Special Delivery!. As for form filling, the sender makes the claim - NOT THE RECIPIENT!. Luckily I paid by visa, and my visa company should eventually cover my £80. I said I'd be dropping a line to Trading Standards in their area. (I just need to post it off now). "These people take your money but the goods do not arrive. You cannot contact them on the phone and they hide behind a 'email customer services department' to which they often do not reply. They are not a reputable company - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I paid for a Nokia 6600 fold, more expensive than elsewhere because i had read good reviews-DO NOT TRUST THESE- my phone never turned up, the customer service department is truly dispicable, I waited a week and emailed them, was told to send a form back to sya it had been lost in the post. Then finally I was offered a refund, which I accepted- predictably I still haven't recieved this, I expect a legal battle to follow in this rate, it's been dragging out for weeks, AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"

"im very disappointed with this website
they are just rubbish..keep out
i got a nokia which was suppose to be new but at the first touching of the keyboard, they just fell of
the memory card ive been supplied was not even compatible with the handset and i didnt get even the free accessories as sad on their webpage
and also their returning policy is crap as well

do not buy from them what so ever
unless you hv to much money to spent on crap things

"I bought 2 apple Iphones, but returned them the very next day because they were not as described, these crooks charged me 200 pounds (20%) fee for doing so, restocking charge, so out of the £990 spent I only got back £790, I am gutted, we didnt even open the boxes.. They are AWFUL, and their customer services can only be emailed, which is RUBBISH because the same Director of company answers the phone and does everything which we found out by our own investigation later.
They are great at taking your money, BUT GOD HELP YOU IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IT WILL COST YOU DEARLY..
This has really upset me,and my husband, and they put the phone down on me when I tried to get someone to tell me what was going on, as they didnt answer my emails, until I got angry..
BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE... I HOPE THEY FAIL I wish them no luck as a company. As they really did con us out of a lot of money..

"I am very UNSATISFIED with Ocean Wave Mobiles'service.
I order a mobile online,they received my money immediatly,but they asked for the 3 months statement of my credit card anyways; I sent them the statement and after 2 weeks time,they replied saying my order could not proceed because my card was not issued in Great Britain! They knew this from the very beginning,but they made me waste a lot of time. After that,they said they'd have refunded me,but now,after more than two months I have not seen any coin coming back to me! I sent them several e-mails,but apparently they stopped to ignore them, I do not know what to do, and this feeling of having been fooled is really annoying.

"Easy to order - they are happy to take your money
BUT - if you have a problem - BEWARE.

They have the worst customer service department I have ever encountered. It is e-mail only - they take days to respond, and then do not respond appropriately. If you dispute/disagree/have further issues, they just stop replying altogether.

I returned a phone for exchange - they took reciept by special delivery - they told me they had refunded my credit card and to re-order- BUT THEY DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY.

They are now ignoring my e-mails and I do not have my money.

I ignored the other (admittedly few) negative reviews I found, thinking 'it'd be ok' - BIG MISTAKE. If you have an issue they will ignore you once they have your money.

Is it worth the risk? I am not in the habit of reviewing companies- but these guys are appalling. Be smart, look elesewhere - or don't be suprised if your decision comes back to haunt you.

I will be contacting Trading Standards/credit card company accordingly.
