"Radiator was really old stock, but that was to be expected for a 1978 vehicle. There was a ding in the radiator top, and better packaging would have precluded that, but the item was still in good enough shape.
Considering that Spectra Premium's head office had no stock on hand, there's not much else that could be expected."

"Shipped a fuel tank that has no baffle (should have). Now can't go around corners with less than half a tank without cavitating the pump. submitted return request with a description of my problem and got no response. Finally got someone on the phone, who said the company they get it from won't honor a return. I said, "funny, I talked to the "manufacturer" (they actually only buy it from Taiwan), and they confirmed that there is no baffle (like there should be) and said they would take it back". He sighed and said "okay, we'll process the return and see what they say". I know what that means: this customer service situation is going to go nowhere.
