"I have never had any issues dealing with OMLpatches.com over the last 5 years. The patches are top quality and look amazing. I also love the fact that you can modify any patch - i wanted some red lettering, and they had no problem making my patch that way.
I have dealt with customer service, they were very happy to help me with my wierd patch requests. I don't see any problems dealing with this company. No company is perfect, but at least these guys try hard. There are always some bad reviews on any company it seems, and there are always people to complain. I have always been extremely happy with their patches and their service, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

"I don't see what the problem is. I use OML all of the time and to date, I believe I've ordered about 35 patches for various coworkers. Everything is properly done, requests are honored, and the shipping is perfectly reasonable.

This is definitely a good place to get custom patches done. No one is perfect, but this is a fine company.

"Was forced to contact web host in order to get a response. Two and a half months with nothing to show for it. No communication, no responses, and a PayPal dispute that ended in my favor. Pain in the butt, buyer beware!"

"Ordered 6 patches, only received 5. I got the patches within a week and quality was good. Their communication was great up until I notified them of my missing patch.

They claimed to have shipped me my missing patch twice which is complete BS. I've ordered from them twice with the same address with no problems.

Crooked company and will never deal with again. They have ceased communication and refuse to answer any of my e-mails.

It's now November '10 and I ordered my patches in July '10 and have yet to receive my remaining patch.

Stay away!

*UPDATE

OML has finally fulfilled my order and made things right with me. I suggest everyone tries to e-mail them peacefully and get the same result.

"On January 9, I purchased several patches from OML to the tune of $27.46. I did receive them quickly after ordering, however, I was dissatisfied with the color of the thread on the selected fabric. I contacted OML on Jan 16 about the possibility of getting the same designs with different thread color or simply exchanging them for other patches with a different color scheme. Sue, the owner of OML, responded quickly, offered several suggestions, and even offered to do up a sample patch in the colors I requested with no charge. It was after this that things became problematic. After waiting 2 days with no word I contacted OML again on Jan 18 and Sue informed me she would do up my sample patch in a run of other patches she had planned. After 6 days (Jan 24) I had not heard anything from Sue and contacted her again. I also submitted 2 custom designed patches with accompanying pictures and design specifications that I had wanted to add to my order. Her site advertises custom patch designs with no minimum order so I didn't believe this request was out of the ordinary. Sue responded same day, apologized for the delay because of some website redesigns she was making, and stated the custom designs would be no problem. As of Jan 27 I hadn't heard anything and sent another email asking Sue if she needed my original order returned. I received no reply. I then resent the email on Feb 1. Sue then responded and told me to send back the patches and stated that “I am on track now with everything so things will be moving along now. Thanks for all your patience !”. I immediately sent my original order back and waited on word from Sue about receiving them. After 8 days of waiting, I contacted Sue since that should have been more than enough time to ship from Cincinnati, Ohio to Southfield, Michigan. I did not receive a reply and resent the email on Feb 16. Sue then responded same day and said she had received my patches , would get the new ones out right away, and thanked me for my patience because she was “having a hard time getting things together, lol!”. I waited about 2 weeks with no patches received. I then contacted Sue on Mar 2 to make sure my new patches hadn’t been lost in shipping. I waited 2 days with no reply and then resent the email on Mar 4. After still not receiving a reply by Mar 16, I then sent Sue another email asking for a status update of some sort since it had been 2 months since my initial order. I finally heard back from Sue on Mar 18. Sue stated things were disorganized because of website revisions she was making and apologized for the wait. She then said she remembered the color changes for the patches but did not remember the design specifications of the custom patches I had requested. She gave me the option of a refund but I stated that so long as she would get my order filled soon, I did not mind waiting a little longer. I also resubmitted the design specifications to her for the custom patches. She thanked me for giving her the design specs again and said she would get the designs setup and the patches turned out right away. She even offered me another free patch for the long wait and trouble. I then waited another 2 ½ weeks until Apr 6 with no words and no patches so I sent Sue another email asking for an update about what was going on. After waiting 7 weeks with no word from Sue and no patches received I had almost forgotten about my order with OML and on May 28 decided to send an email asking what was going on with my order. To date I have not heard anything back from Sue yet she continues to update her website, use the same email I’ve been corresponding with her on, and otherwise engage in business while ignoring me and keeping my money. I don’t even have my original, unsatisfactory order to make up for it. On Jul 21, I sent Sue an email expressing my extreme displeasure in her unprofessionalism and requested a refund. I paid via PayPal but PayPal will not open a dispute case because "this type of transaction is not eligible for PayPal dispute resolution". After all of this rope-a-dope with nothing to show for it, I thought it important to sign up to Reseller Ratings solely to get the word about Sue’s business practices out to as many as possible to keep anyone else from having to experience what I have."
