Incompetent employees

"I ordered a part for my Cadillac was told it would ship in two to four days when didn't after about 3 days contacted them again and after about 10 days total I was totally came in the day before but they couldn't find it so they brought one in from another supplier and I finally got confirmation that it finally shipped today talk to three different sales people got three different answers"
