"I ordered on October 1st without looking at reviews and was terrified when I read all the bad reviews! I tried cancelling right away but never heard an answer. I wrote probably over 20 times with no response. Even called long distance. Nothing. I did end up getting my package less than three weeks afterward with the right outfit, right size (all of it!), and all the parts!! I am so happy!! It's great material too!! Customer service was horrible obviously but all I am concerned about is that I actually got it! "
"Ordered costumes and shoes (~$400). Selected 3-7 day shipping for $40. 10 business days later, no package has been received, have not been sent shipping tracking numbers, ODGirl staff have not answered website based inquiry, and phone is never answered. There is not any option to leave a voice-mail. I will wait a few more days, then dispute the credit charge. Late shipping due to issues is understandable. Not communicating it to your customer, unforgivable. My last order with ODGirl!!"
"Don't Do IT! This company refused to accept a return on 2 items in direct contradiction to their printed and posted return policy. The items were unworn, never laundered, in all original packaging and within the required 7 days.
Why was I retuning the items? Because both were not sized correctly. One had a size Large top with a 2X size skirt. The other was so cheap in material and construction I feared to wear it even once.
I am disgusted with the waste of my money, my time and my energy. Save yourself the hassle of purchasing anything from this company"

"I think there is a bad experience available for every retailer or online retailer... But first time buyer and was extremely happy. Purchased product yesterday morning and since it was a Friday I thought even with express shipping it would be Monday or Tuesday. My product showed up today on a Saturday!!! Everything fit and my wife looks awesome in it. We ate very happy and will be glad to order from them again."
"How I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. Package was prmptly shipped, and of average quality. The provblems is trying to get a RMA number to return an item. They absolutely refused to issue one, and told me to read and understand policy. Only when I persisted and quoted their policy "as part iof iur o hassle return policy, you can return any item that doesn't meet your full satisfaction" did they say they would only charge me a 10% restocking fee and issue me a store credit. Thank God I only ordered $40 worth of merchandise.If I could rate them 0 stars I would."

"I was in the middle of ordering an Adult Halloween Costume for myself, when I thought that I'd stop and read the reviews, which I did. I was so disappointed and confused after reading the horrible experiences that I wasn't sure if I should proceed with my order. Since the costume was so tempting,and not everyone's experiences replicate each other, I decided to throw caution to the wind, and hope for the best; so I continued with my order, which I placed on Friday, Oct. 21st (3 business days shipping). "Do NOT order from this website. I ordered a costume that cost $145 for Halloween. The product that was shipped to me looked like a 5th grader attacked the material with a hot glue gun. I asked if I could simply exchange the costume for another type and was told no, that I could only exchange for the same exact costume in a different size. Although the costume was made by another company, they should stand behind their products and at least let me order another costume that they carry. BAD customer service. "
"Reading all the negative reviews made me really nervous to order from this site. I bought a 5 pc. Halloween costume for 29.99, even included a bra, 12.46 for shipping. I placed the order on a Sunday 9/18/11, and got the costume on that Thursday, 9/22/11. They even sent me an email to let me know my costume had been shipped, giving me the tracking number and everything (but this went to my spam box, slightly inconvenient) still! they kept me informed. I even had it shipped to a different address then the address on credit card. The costume came with all it's pieces, new, looked great! Shipping was a little high but I rarely buy things online so, that's just me being cheap. Another reviewer said this and I agree; if you order so close to halloween, of course it might not be ready in time. I'd definitely buy from here again!! :)"

"Review ODgirl.com - I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter which cost $49.99 plus $10.47 shipping- huge money for a tiny little costume, but when it's for your child for Halloween, it's a special occasion! The item description (of which I took a screenshot) said that the costume included stockings. The costume arrived with no stockings and I contacted the store to send them to me in time for Halloween. They emailed to say the costume did not include stockings and then changed their item description on their website immediately, but never responded further to my email or sent the stockings. I have requested a refund of $8.95 for the cost of the stockings which are sold elsewhere on the site and have received no response. This company has a "D" rating so far on the BBB website and they have caused me a lot of grief without remedy! Very bad business practices... what a shame that online companies like this exist to rip people off!!"
