"I ordered an AMD 2100 + CPU fan Volcano 7

Result: I received an AMD 2000 (with a sticker written 2100 !!!) and no CPU fan in the box

I received my package 10 days after I ordered

I try to call them for now 4 days, no answer ...

I would like them to refund the price difference from a AMD 2000 & AMD 2100 and the cpu fan, no answer ...

I dont know if there is a recourse is possible by a lawyer or by my bank, I need some help in this way

But OCsystem is the worse store I used. That will be my first and last order to them. I hope them closing very fast !!!!

I ordered some items to Newegg.com, everything arrived before my expectation 10/10 for newegg.com

"I tried placing an order around June or July on-line. I tried several times, but the order wouldn't go through. So I tried calling them on the phone. I tried all different times of the day for about 4 days straight. No one ever answered the phone. So, I tried e-mailing them. I never got a response. I guess they don't need my business!"

"OC System deserves a WORSE score than they've got. The prices are good, but DON'T BE FOOLED!! I ordered a custom case, rounded cables, and a heatsink/fan combo. Everything seemed fine until I installed my system. Then things went crazy. The backplane (peice you mount your motherboard to) was warped, and I didn't notice it until is was too late. The backplane bent the wrong way, shorted out my motherboard and runied my processor. I soley blame OC System for loosing me 200 dollers. Their warrantee only covers parts damage for 72 hours after reciept of the case, so there's nothing they will do about it. BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OC SYSTEM!!"

lol i order somthing(actually ****@**** system mobo combo and etc...)i haven't heard anything from there for almost 2 weeks.
so i call and what they said was they don't know when they are ganna ship.
so i cancelled order and this is the part that i was mad.
it takes about another 14 working days(not 2 weeks) to get credit refound.
usually takes 2-3 days to feround and another 1-2 day to show up on my account.
i am not ganna said that they are bad or good just you be the judge.


ps:the order was at 3rd week of aug 2002.

"I ordered a DIY mobo kit with cpu and memory and a vid card and sound card late on the 2nd, charge my credit card 3 days later and only now after I call them they tell me it will be shipped tomorrow (11th). I did reciece a tracking # tonight so I can't complain too much but I can't say that I will do business with them again. Will see how stuff is packed and update when it arrives.

Updated:got my stuff on monday (one day sooner than expected) and all was packed well and they even sent me the mobo packaging which is pretty cool I thought. No problems with any of the stuff yet. They actualy sent me a beige floppy when I ordered a black one and forgot the silver ata cables but I called and actually got someone who spoke english and she was very curtious and I got a e-mail the same day that they will credit my card $10 bucks (which I told em it was ok cause my other drives aren't black) and I got the tracking # for the cables the same day. So other than the long delay before they shipped I had a pretty good experience so far. Hopefully I don't have to return anything!!

"I placed this order on a thursday night and have only now, 8pm the next wednesday received an email saying my order has been approved and will now begin the shipping process. What do they mean by process? Wrapping my new pc-2700 in an invoice and throwing it in a box like other users have reported? this place is the WORST online retailer I have ever seen. Now, when the majority of retailers are offering same day shipping, this site takes 3 days just to confirm the order and another 3+ (suppossedly) to ship the thing. Funny thing is they charged my credit card less than 48 hours after my placing the order. I really wish I had found resellerratings.com BEFORE I placed an order with this company, if you can even call it that. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone and still didn't get ahold of anyone there.
FOLLOW UP:
After I finally received my order 2 weeks after placing it I was still not satisfied. The memory is not stable and doesn't even clock at pc2700 and they shipped me an unlocked processor when I specifically requested a regular OEM processor. I called and emailed several times and never was I able to talk to a human being or get a response from their customer service department.

"Was about to order pc2700 ddr from this disgrace/sham of a company, thank doG for reseller rating. Their comany website looks reputable. The perforance graphs of cas2 vs cas2.5+ are a nice touch, quoting "ALL OF OUR MEMORY CHIPS ARE TESTED BEFORE SHIP-OUT." on all of the ram advertisment pages had me believing that the company offered a awesome product at a rock bottom price, with free shipping on many items. Thankfully I took a look at posts from MANY MANY dissatisfied cusomers, and didn't order from this hoebag of a company.

"I thought OCSYSTEM was a good company until I started dealing with them more and more. I've ordered from them in the past and was mostly satisfied with their products and service. They had some cool custom overclocked stuff and cases. I spent well over $600 on my first order, which got to me in a decent ammount of time and seemed to be in order. A year later, the fan on my overclocked card went out. No biggie, could have been dust, but I complained to them. Nothing in response. OK.. I order a case and some accessories for it here recently. I don't hear from them for at least a week. I have to call them up and ask them what's up. They say "It will ship out soon". I don't here anything for another 3-4 days. I call AGAIN, they say, "oh, your case is out stock, you're going to have to wait for another 2-3 weeks. Since this was a gift I needed by April 4th I decided to go with a different color that WAS in stock. They said "OK it will ship out today. I here nothing for 2 days, I call them AGAIN and they say "Oh, our ording system froze up". They finally get me tracking number and a day later I see that I won't get it until a week later (APRIL 5th!!!) I wrote them to complain and still havn't recieved any sort of response. What's funny is that RIGHT on their website they say "Remember, emails get more attention than calls" -- Maybe they do things like that in China, but not here in America. I'm sorry, I used to promote this company, but for anything important or major, I will not order from them again! They won't look at this, nor do they care, but for those who do, be warned."

"I order a CD-ROM and floppy drive both with chrome faceplates. Nice looking drives for a nice looking system, right? Nope. Both drives arrived with their faceplates all scratched up.

I looked up OCSystem's return policy and found that claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of delivery. So I called the toll number (Florida to California) and got busy signals then no answer. I then found their toll free number (look for the sales phone number), and again no one answered. The only difference is that I was willing to play the run-around with their answering system for 45 minutes and was finally able to get a sales rep. Very nice lady, by the way. Of course she couldn't help me, but would advise service and have them call me or send email with instructions on returning the items. No one called or emailed.

So, I went back to their toll free number a few days later and 30 minutes later talked to another nice sales rep. She transferred me to support, where another lady answered. She was considerably less nice.

She did give me a return number and gave me a stern "bye." I asked if this meant that I would have to pay shipping back to OCSystem. She replied, "Yes, bye." I was going to ask about the shipping back to me, but she interrupted and said, "That is all we can do for you now, bye."

So, I figured I would cut my losses by not shipping the scratched drives back to OCSystem I would probably never see them again and have to pay shipping two ways. Or even worse pay extra for another set of scratched up drives.

Anyway, I'm going to try to sand and paint the faceplates. I could have bought less expensive drives and done the same, but you live and you learn. Next time I'll take heed to the warnings on this site.

"Hi

Well I got my stuff finally, Im glad that they didnt forget anything, I got what I wanted, everything was well packed, you can tell a bit that it has been unwrapped, thats cause they checked their product before shipping, I cant say its a bad company, its a good company, there just not good keeping customers happy, maybe at their store, but very much not online. Usually when it takes a long time its cause they have a back order of one of your product, they dont even let you know, anywho....





Item shipped October 4th, thank god, and cant wait to received it, the reason was that my memory was on back-order, I never knew about it cause never told me until I try calling them to find out.
For one thing is that their website is very impressive, I like when a site explains the products with some reviews, it gives me an idea how good this product is, and they have good price. The dissapointement from this site is their customer services, I think keeping customers happy should be their #1 priority, I cant say if there products is badly wrapped or damage for some of the people they mention in here, but from what I first purchase It was well wrapped, and will just have to see how good my second shipment is, once I received it.
Also depending on the country your living in, keep in mind that if you cannot reach them on the phone, or email, it will depend on your time zone, like from were I lived when its daytime, its nightime for ocsystem. I saw a store onlined that has this options that tells you if they have the product in stock, I find that excellent cause if you order and they dont have it, why wait so long! OCsystem should diffenatly do that. Another thing is I dont quiet like that some of the ocsystem products is OEM, a nice manual should be provided, and even bios drivers should be provided, if this is really made from ocsystem, it should be like other companies, having a complete specs/bios drivers of their product.
