There is lack of communication during this time, too, so you are not sure if your items are going to come or not. I ordered 11/28 and items did not ship until 12/4. "While the products I received were fine, I was charged for an item that was never sent. I did not receive and email or call about the missing item. I had to call to find out that it was no longer available. I was able to choose whether I wanted another color or a refund. I chose another color. A week or so passed and I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation or the package. I called and my order was never sent. At that time I requested a refund. While the customer service reps I spoke with were very nice, I would not order from this website again."

"I am extremely disappointed in the site and customer service that I received with this order. I bought an item via pay pal to find that it used an old home address that I haven't lived at for 6-7 years. Upon finding out, I find that there was no customer service at that time. I changed my address on the site profile and paypal to my current one no more than 10 minutes after making the order. It showed on the site that it was being sent to my new location. I also used the subject "Order Changes" at that time. I received an email back saying it was too late and it was processed. I called customer service and asked to have it re-routed to the new address after being on hold many times. They said they would once they got the tracking number. I noticed today that there was a tracking number, so I call again to confirm. Again, they said there was nothing they could do. After being on hold a few times, they said for $10.95 they could send me it IF it was returned. Again, not acceptable. Paying another $11 to get what I already paid for? Now I'm in wait and see mode to see if it ever returned. This is very bad customer service and supply chain management. If you have no customer service at the time of entry, you can't process the order, you have to give the customer a valid way to change the order. I didn't have that. Also, the tracking said that it wasn't shipped until 6:30 pm yesterday evening. I tried through a message from their site and a call well before then and nobody would try to contact shipping? This is completely unacceptable. I hope to get the item in a reasonable amount of time. I have a lot of people that I was going to give this site a recommendation for - not sure I can do that without timely delivery now. The BBB and Amazon would be interested in this as well.

"Ordered item on 12/3/12. Item was charged to my card on 12/4/12. Emailed customer service on 12/6/12 to see when would be shipped. Received email back saying would ship out friday 12/7/12. Item did not ship. Emailed again on 12/10/12 to see when would be shipped, received email late that afternoon that it had finally shipped (a week after was ordered). Then it took another week for item to arrive from NJ to TN!!!"
