A great resource to spot check the dosages is examine.com which includes all references to source studies. For example I would have liked to purchase the extreme joint care product, but the effective dosages on the MSM and chondroitin aren't really upto task. And because of all the other ingredients like the vit D which I get in other supplements or foods I couldn't just take 2-3 doses a day without throwing many other things off kilter. The preworkout is another example that I feel needs a review of the dosages. The tyrosine should be 3g and beta alanin 3.2g, its underdosed IMO."
