"I have to pay another 75 dollars just for Numinix to update a model (fast and easy ajex checkout) i purchased 2months ago.
Fair enough if you charge a fee for the upgrade, Then after nearly one whole month communication, they fail to install the update properly, and not replying messages. After all someone response and claiming they're running out of budget for the job, and need another deposit of 2 hours job 150.00 for them to look further.
I end up claiming my money back via PayPal, This time Numinix response fast enough, and willing to fix the problem, still wanting a deposit for them to start doing it.
This is such a waste of money, i wanted to have my site upgrade but end up with even more bugs.
Numinis is lack of professionalism and responsibilities, they want to make money as a business for sure but not looking after the customer is a epic fail.
Will never get back to Numinix, i had my lesson learnt and paid.
And after all, i have to work with my programer , and figure out the problem they created is a easy copy and paste error, what a joke."
